What we collect
We collect the data you provide when you create an account, place an order or contact us: your name, email, delivery address and order history. We also process technical data such as device and usage information to run and secure the shop.
How we use it
We use your data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, and — only with your consent — to send marketing emails. The legal bases are contract performance, our legitimate interest in running the shop, your consent and our legal obligations under EU law.
Sharing & transfers
We share data only with processors that help us operate: payment providers, chilled logistics carriers and email infrastructure. We do not sell your data. Any transfers stay within the EU/EEA or rely on appropriate safeguards.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can access, correct, export or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise a right, email hello@etraflora.com. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
Retention
We keep order and accounting records for as long as EU tax and consumer law requires, and other data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
