How chilled EU delivery works and how we handle returns.

Chilled EU delivery

Our drinks are living and perishable, so every order ships chilled. We use insulated packaging and tracked carriers to keep your parcel cold across the European Union.

Times & costs

Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your destination and are shown at checkout before you pay. Orders are prepared once payment is confirmed; you will receive tracking by email when your parcel ships.

When you receive your parcel

Please refrigerate your drinks on arrival. If your parcel is delayed, damaged or arrives warm, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.

Returns

Because the products are perishable food, opened or temperature-sensitive items cannot be returned. If an item is faulty or damaged in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Email hello@etraflora.com to start a return.
